Steven AKA Sonic LSWR v1.2

Steven, known to his friends as Sonic, is a surviving student of the Temple of the Fourth Star and the fastest warrior in the group. Sonic wears a fighting gi in various shades of blue, red and white shoes, and white combat gloves. He has spikey blue hair and green eyes. Unlike most of the others, Sonic was a normal human named Steven. But after the destruction of the Temple of the Fourth Star, his injured body was found by an enhanced version of Dr. Gero, who infused him with saiyan DNA and the Power of Chaos. Despite being created to serve Gero, Steven broke free and helped Danimus defeat Gero. Afterward, he redubbed himself as Sonic and vowed to lend a hand whenever he’s needed. Despite having a caring and loyal personality, Sonic is generally a cocky and impatient fighter, a side effect of the infusion. Although his natural element is WIND, he can also use the DARK and LIGHT elements.

Kamehameha (Chaos, Dark, and Hyper versions of Goku’s technique)

Shoryuken (Also called the Rising Dragon Fist)

Spin Attack (strike the foe as a spikey ball)

Spin Dash (faster version of Spin Attack)

Rasengan (creates spheres of wind, darkness, or light)

Light Speed Attack (Strike the foe at light speed)

Sonic Wind (WIND element. Send sharp blades of wind at foes. Trademark move)

Shun Goku Satsu (the Raging Demon. Most fatal move. Used only in dark form)

Ultimate Chaos Kamehameha (LIGHT element attack. Most powerful move. Put of the user’s energy into a power Kamehameha)

    ·         Super form (increase base power by 100(150 after being enhanced); willful activation)

    ·         Dark form (as strong as super form but more uncontrollable; activates when enraged or overexposed to dark energy)

    ·         Hyper form (super form power x 7(14 after being enhanced); only last for 10 minutes)

*Designed with the purpose of avoiding the use of the Genesis and Advance/Battle style sprites so I won't be compared to works like EEnE Z and SMBZ
**Kinda wanted a character that can use the Shun Goku Satsu, so yea.
